The Rockwool Clean room Wall Panel is a multi-layered high-performance composite panel designed for demanding environments such as biopharmaceuticals,precision electronics, and food processing.Its core is made of basalt rock melted at 1,500°C and spun into ultrafine fibers (diameter ≤7μm). Using a 3D pendulum process, the fibers form a dense mesh structure, laminated with galvanized/stainless steel plates (0.5-1.2mm thickness options) and bonded via polyurethane adhesive under continuous thermal pressure. This achieves a structural-functional integrated solution.

1. Raw Material Selection:
* Basalt rock (SiO₂≥45%, Al₂O₃≥14%) + slag (≥70% recycled)
2. Fiber Production:
* Electric furnace melting (1,500-1,600°C) → Four-roller centrifugal spinning (7,200rpm) → Fiber diameter 4-7μm
3. Curing Process:
* Phenolic resin spraying (formaldehyde emission ≤0.05ppm, EN 717-1) → Curing oven at 230°C
4. Lamination:
* Steel plate pretreatment (degreasing → phosphating → nano-ceramic coating) → Continuous hot pressing (1.2MPa, 180°C)
5. Quality Control:
* Online X-ray inspection (void detection) → Laser thickness gauge (±0.1mm accuracy) → Batch fire performance testing
