1. Design & Engineering: Creating detailed architectural and structural drawings, including calculations for loads and connections.
2. Fabrication: Cutting, welding, and drilling steel components in a controlled factory environment based on the design.
3. Site Preparation & Foundation: Excavation and pouring of concrete foundations, often with embedded anchor bolts.
4. Erection: Assembling the primary steel frame (columns, beams), followed by the secondary elements (purlins, girts).
5. Enclosure: Installing the roof and wall cladding systems, along with insulation.
6. Finishing: Adding doors, windows, ventilation systems, skylights, and interior finishes.

• The lifting process must have a person responsible for using proper fixtures, strictly following lifting rules to prevent vibration, impact, deformation or damage during hoisting.
• During loading, there must be special supervision to check vehicle number and packing, ensure secure stacking, and add necessary binding to prevent component loosening and loss.
• Maintain stability during transport. For oversized objects, use trained drivers and escorts with proper vehicle markings.
• No rough handling. Loading personnel should be familiar with component weight and size, and check slings and rigging to prevent accidents.
• Components arriving at construction site should be promptly unloaded and stored in designated areas.
• When using crawler cranes, pay attention to surrounding terrain and air conditions to prevent crane overturning and component collision.
